DELIVERY AND RETURN

1. Delivery


1.1. The Seller undertakes to dispatch the goods within 3 working days by the method chosen by the Buyer from the of receipt of the order and the payment (except cases where payment shall be made at the self-service parcel terminal).


1.2. When ordering the goods, the buyer undertakes to indicate the exact method and place of delivery of the goods: (1) delivery of the goods to the specified self-service parcel terminal; (2) delivery of goods to the specified address (door-to-door delivery); (3) delivery the goods to the office of the Seller at Gediminas ave. 27, Vilnius.


1.3. In the case you order 3 or more units of the same or different products, the products will be delivered free of charge to any “Omniva” and DPD self-service parcel terminals in Lithuania


1.4. In the case you will accept the goods at the office of the Seller at Gediminas ave. 27, Vilnius, the shipping is free.


1.5. When filling out the order form, you can choose the most convenient payment option for you. You may choose to pay at the moment of order of pay at the moment of delivery of the goods at the self-service parcel terminal. You will receive an automatic order confirmation immediately after payment.


1.6. In the case you have any questions regarding delivery of your goods, or the goods were delivered damaged, please inform us without delay to the e-mail: info@organicskincare.lt.

2. Return and refund


2.1. The return of goods takes place in accordance with the provisions of the Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania.


2.2. You are entitled to withdraw from the contract and return the goods within 14 days from the day of delivery of the goods.


2.3. The buyer must send the returned goods by the self-service parcel terminal. The number of the registered shipment must be provided to the Seller no later than within 24 hours. after shipping to the e-mail: info@organicskincare.lt

2.4. Returning costs for returned quality or exchanged goods are paid by the buyer. When a defective product is returned, the Seller undertakes to compensate the shipping expenses.


2.5. The returned item must be in its original, neat packaging, undamaged, unused, in the same set as the Buyer received it, without losing its merchandise appearance (label intact, protective film intact, etc.).
